VMIC, the only aviation finance and leasing specialized company in Korea, announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with IX Swap, a leading global platform for STOs. Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on issuing and distributing security tokens based on real-world assets (RWA), including aviation assets such as aircrafts and aircraft engines, to investors around the world.

VMIC Aviation(CEO Kyohoon Nam), an aircraft lease management startup, announced on the 28th its signing MOU with India Voler Haut Aviation for collaboration in India-South Korea aircraft lease business.Through the agreement, VMIC Aviation and Voler Haut Aviation will work closely to rapidly expand into the global aircraft leasing market in addition to Indian aircraft leasing by applying high market standards through technical cooperation between the two companies.‍
